These Terms of Service and Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of [STORE NAME], including our website, online store, content, products, services, communications, and purchases.

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting payment, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.

Do not use this website or purchase from us if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through our store.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• The information you provide is complete and accurate.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Your purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are purchasing for yourself or on behalf of a person or entity that has authorized you to act.
• You are not using the transaction for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful purpose.

We may decline, cancel, limit, or hold an order when reasonably necessary to verify the buyer’s identity, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or transaction legitimacy.

2. Independent Watch Seller

We are an independent watch collector and seller. We source watches from private collectors, established dealers, jewelry stores, auctions, trade-ins, and trusted industry contacts.

Unless expressly stated in a product listing, we are not an authorized dealer, representative, affiliate, or agent of Rolex, Tudor, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Omega, Breitling, or any other watch manufacturer.

Brand names, model names, logos, reference numbers, and trademarks are used solely to identify and accurately describe the products offered for sale. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Pre-Owned Watches and Condition

Most watches sold through our store are pre-owned unless expressly identified as new or unworn.

Pre-owned watches may show signs of age, handling, previous ownership, servicing, polishing, bracelet sizing, strap changes, desk diving, storage, or ordinary wear. These signs may include, without limitation:

• Surface marks and scratches
• Marks on bracelets and clasps
• Marks underneath or around the lugs
• Strap wear
• Crystal or anti-reflective coating marks
• Bezel wear
• Case or bracelet polishing
• Aging of dials, hands, lume, seals, or other components
• Variations in timekeeping or power reserve

Normal pre-owned wear is not considered a defect when it is visible in the photographs, disclosed in the listing, or reasonably consistent with the watch’s age and described condition.

The written description and all product photographs are considered part of the condition disclosure. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the complete listing and photographs before purchasing.

You may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, timekeeping information, or clarification before completing your purchase.

4. Product Photographs

We make reasonable efforts to photograph each watch accurately. However, photographs may appear different depending on lighting, camera settings, screen calibration, reflections, magnification, and display quality.

Photographs may reveal marks that are difficult to see with the unaided eye, while other marks may be less visible in photographs than they are in person.

Unless specifically identified as a stock or manufacturer image, photographs are intended to show the actual watch being offered for sale.

Product photographs may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or used commercially without our written permission.

5. Watch Specifications

Watch specifications may include information obtained from:

• Manufacturer publications
• Authorized dealer materials
• Established watch databases
• Service documents
• Reference guides
• Previous owners
• Physical inspection
• AI-assisted research and organizational tools

We use AI-assisted tools to help organize listings, improve grammar, and complete general watch specifications. Although reasonable care is taken to provide accurate information, specifications may vary based on production year, configuration, reference, serial range, service history, geographic market, or previous component replacement.

Buyers should verify any specification that is particularly important to them before purchasing, including:

• Case dimensions
• Movement or caliber
• Water resistance
• Bracelet or strap configuration
• Dial configuration
• Production year
• Power reserve
• Service history
• Originality of individual components
• Factory or aftermarket status of accessories or components

A minor specification error that does not materially affect the identity, authenticity, value, or represented condition of the watch will not automatically make the watch eligible for return after the inspection period has expired.

6. Authenticity

All watches sold by us are guaranteed authentic.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our authenticity guarantee means that the watch is a genuine example of the stated brand and reference to the best of our knowledge and based on our inspection, sourcing process, documentation, and any third-party authentication described in the listing.

An authenticity guarantee does not automatically mean that every individual component is original to the watch from the date of manufacture. A pre-owned watch may contain legitimate manufacturer service parts, replacement components, refinished components, or disclosed aftermarket components.

Any known aftermarket, customized, refinished, replaced, or non-original components will be disclosed when known.

Unless a listing expressly states that a watch is completely original, unpolished, factory-set, or composed entirely of original-period components, no such representation should be assumed.

Authenticity Claims

If you believe a watch is not authentic, you must contact us promptly and provide written supporting documentation from:

• The watch manufacturer;
• A manufacturer-authorized service center; or
• A qualified independent authenticator mutually acceptable to both parties.

We may request a second independent evaluation before accepting the conclusion.

If a watch is conclusively determined to be counterfeit or materially misrepresented as authentic, we will accept its return and issue a refund after receiving the watch and confirming that it has not been altered, damaged, opened, or had components removed or replaced after delivery.

This authenticity guarantee does not cover disagreements regarding polishing, service parts, production-year variations, replacement components, or matters that were disclosed in the listing.

7. Service History and Mechanical Performance

Known service history will be disclosed when available.

When a listing states that a watch was serviced, adjusted, inspected, or repaired, the statement is based on the information and documentation available to us. Service documentation will be included only when expressly stated.

The absence of disclosed service history means the service history is unknown. It does not mean that the watch has never been serviced.

Unless expressly warranted in writing:

• We do not guarantee a specific rate of accuracy.
• We do not guarantee that a watch meets its original factory performance tolerances.
• We do not guarantee a specific power reserve.
• We do not guarantee the future service life of a movement, battery, gasket, seal, crown, pusher, clasp, strap, or other component.
• We do not guarantee that vintage or pre-owned watches will perform like new watches.
• We do not guarantee water resistance.

Mechanical watches may gain or lose time depending on position, temperature, movement, winding habits, power reserve, magnetism, shock, age, and service condition.

8. Water Resistance

Do not expose a pre-owned watch to water unless the listing specifically states that the watch has recently passed an appropriate pressure or water-resistance test.

A manufacturer’s original water-resistance rating describes the watch when manufactured under factory conditions. It is not a guarantee that a pre-owned watch remains water resistant.

Water resistance can be affected by age, worn seals, crown position, prior servicing, shock, temperature changes, and other factors.

Unless expressly stated in writing, damage caused by water, moisture, condensation, steam, swimming, showering, diving, or failure to secure the crown or pushers is not covered by our return policy or any limited warranty.

9. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. A watch is not reserved or sold until payment has been accepted and the order has been confirmed.

Because many watches are one-of-one pre-owned items, a watch may also be listed or offered through another sales channel. We may cancel and refund an order if the watch was sold elsewhere before our inventory could be updated.

We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, specification errors, or inventory errors before shipment. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the buyer and provide the option to proceed under the corrected terms or receive a refund.

We are not required to complete an order at a clearly erroneous price caused by a technical, typographical, software, or data-entry error.

10. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee that the order has been finally accepted.

We may cancel or hold an order before shipment for reasons including:

• Payment failure
• Suspected fraud
• Billing or shipping-address discrepancies
• Failed identity verification
• Inventory errors
• Pricing errors
• Legal or regulatory concerns
• Restrictions imposed by a payment processor, insurer, carrier, or financial institution
• A request to ship to an address different from the verified transaction address
• Conduct that reasonably raises safety or fraud concerns

When we cancel an order, we will issue any required refund to the original payment method. Processing times imposed by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other financial institutions are outside our control.

Orders may not be canceled after shipment.

11. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated in writing.

Payment must be received and cleared before an item is shipped. For high-value orders, we may require:

• Government-issued identification
• Address verification
• Signature confirmation
• Additional payment verification
• A bank wire
• A waiting or clearance period
• A signed purchase acknowledgment

We will never ask a buyer to misrepresent the transaction, use another person’s identity, or send payment from an unauthorized account.

A buyer’s use of a bank wire, Zelle, Venmo, credit card, debit card, or another payment method does not change the written condition description, inspection period, or return requirements.

Buyers agree not to file a knowingly false chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud claim. Nothing in these Terms prevents a buyer from exercising legitimate rights available through a card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
